Services - Calary

All services and activities in the Parish have been cancelled for the moment. This includes Sunday services and the scheduled  Easter vestries in both parts of the Parish. We are in the middle of a very serious crisis and this is the only responsible course of action.

So much of what we do is communal - meeting for worship and coffee after church, meeting for Bowls or Thursday Club outings, Lent Bible Study and so on. We are going to have to try to work out how to be church without meeting up and that is not easy.

For the moment we commend some of the online resources you can access on your phone of computer.

The Diocesan website - https://dublin.anglican.org - has the latest news and the archbishop's letters and prayers.

Sunday services are being streamed from the cathedrals and that is a good way of taking part, under the circumstances and indeed enjoying cathedral worship for a change. This is a fine way to make our cathedrals relevant to the Diocese. Visit https://christchurchcathedral.ie/worship/video-stream-1/ and https://www.stpatrickscathedral.ie/worship/video-stream/ to view services online. Christ Church Cathedral has a service at 11am and St. Patrick's Cathedral has services at 9.15am, 11.15am and 3.15pm on Sundays. RTE also broadcasts a Sunday morning service.
